Our Classic Fruitcake is made using the same family recipe that has been handed down through three generations. And thanks to our family staying loyal to the original recipe you are guaranteed a beautifully rich and moist, utterly decadent, handcrafted fruitcake every time you slice. Prepare to indulge.

Our Selection of Fruitcakes

Our choice selection of luscious, traditional and tropical fruit and nuts are hand selected, hand washed and marinated in brandy for four days before being batch baked slowly to retain all of the rich flavours and textures that you will only experience in our Thornalley's Classic Fruitcake.

By batch mixing and baking we retain maximum control over the final product and this enables us to produce our famously irresistible and utterly decadent fruit cake for your enjoyment time after time. Thornalley's premium, handcrafted fruitcakes will bring a touch of class to any occasion.

Cakes come in 2 sizes: 600g and 1.2kg and can be gluten free. We supply cakes nationally and internationally and our cakes are ideal for corporate gifts.
